At Rayne Jackson Visions, we create with intention and love. Willow & Kandace - items are made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and honour slow, conscious fashion. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
🚫 All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@raynejacksonvisions.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and issue
- Description of the defect
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

- We do not offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Always double-check your sizing and address before checkout.
📦 Cancellations
As orders are processed quickly after payment, we’re unable to cancel once production has started.
